No-nonsense, excellent tracker
Never thought Id feel strongly enough about a health app to write a review, but Ive just switched from Glow/Nurture and this is such a breath of fresh air. No more popover nags to "invite my partner", no more pink-washed language instructing me to "snuggle away". No more tips and no more prompting to join a social forum. This app is simple, straightforward tracking. Had sex? Track it. More than once in the same day? Yes, you can even record at what time. Dont care about fertility reminders and predictions? Unlike other apps that assume that everyone using a period tracker is either trying to become or avoid becoming pregnant, this app lets you turn off the stuff thats not relevant to you.
Need to track birth control medication? Theres a tag for that. But if you dont, then add your own tag and track whatever medication you take. The interface is clean and fast to use because theres no extra content and no need to dismiss any promoted content. Theres no gamification to try to get you to track every single thing every single day - you track the things you need to and the app doesnt berate you with a "yay 2% completed!" on your log.
I want a health tracker that doesnt have an opinion on the best ways to take care of yourself, and Ive found it here.
Looking for an app that you can write stuff in and then come back and refer to it in a month? Need to track some random symptom or medication over time? Never again reply with a blank stare when your doctor asks "when was the first day of your last period?" - this app is for you.
